Intercultural communication skills play a growing role in our working life and free time. Customer work, guidance, and management require the ability to meet and relate to people from different backgrounds. These cross-cultural encounters enrich our everyday life and challenge our thinking, giving us the opportunity to develop professionally. MOK Open training offers skills for intercultural interaction, tools for working with diverse groups and the opportunity to reflect on our own role and experiences in a facilitated small group.
MOK is designed for the needs of employees working with different customer groups. Due to the wide range of cultures, we focus on individual cultures only on request; we have structured the training so that it allows you to apply your knowledge in all cross-cultural encounters.
The training's strong theoretical basis and small group sizes enable interaction and reflection on one's own experiences. The goal is the development of the participant's self-knowledge, operational confidence and intercultural interaction skills.
Training is available in English, Finnish, and Swedish.
