Helsinki NMKY’s adult sports program offers adults the chance to experience the joy of exercise and a sense of community through basketball. During the 2025–2026 season, we will organize Women’s Basketball Courses both in the city center and in Pakila — everyone is welcome, regardless of background or experience! Women’s Basketball Course
All women interested in basketball and fun group exercise are warmly welcome to join — no previous experience is needed, and the only equipment required is indoor sportswear and a water bottle. The sessions are coached by Namika’s long-time coaches. You can try one session for free, after which we ask participants to commit to the course. Please register using the link to secure your spot in the group.
Welcome to train in great company!
