Groups

Level 1: 10th–7th kup (beginners – yellow belt holders)
Level 2: 6th–3rd kup (green – blue belt holders)
Level 3: 2nd kup – dan/poom (red – black belt holders)
Poomsae (Basics): suitable for beginners, white and yellow belt holders
Poomsae (Advanced): suitable for practitioners with more training experience (Levels 2 and 3) and those with equivalent skills
Sparring (Basics): suitable for beginners and practitioners with white or yellow belts
Sparring (Advanced): suitable for practitioners with more training experience (Levels 2 and 3) and those with equivalent skills
